Comprei um combo mamba max 7700 no dia 03/08/08 e até agora nada, depois de trocar mais de uns 30 emails cansei de esperar e pedi devolução do dinheiro, fora as várias vezes que ele me pediu para esperar até a sexta-feira.

Não vale a pena comprar lá não.

Over the past 4 years I have been proud to serve the R/C plane, car, & helicopter hobby with over 10 thousand unique customers and over 20 thousand packages shipped to nearly every part of the world. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I am unable to effectively run and manage BPP any further and customers have not been getting the service and support they deserve these past few months due to this. Effective immediately, I have stepped down from BPP and have transferred all ownership and operations to much more capable hands. The new owners are pros in the industry and backed by a management and shipping team that far surpasses even my best days of running BPP.

There will be an immediate improvement in shipment times (same day shipping for all orders before 1pm) and customer service due to this change. The new owners have indicated that they will also be expanding the product selection and web site options quickly. Physical address and phone numbers will be changed and updated on the site also.

PLEASE NOTE: All orders placed after 11-20-08 will be handled by the new owners & management.

PLEASE NOTE: All outstanding orders placed before 11-20-08 will be handled and serviced by me exclusively and the new owners are in no way responsible for the previous orders placed before the business transfer that took place on 11-20-08.

Currently there are several domestic and international orders that were placed this week before the business transfer that will be filled by me by this upcoming Monday. There are also some two dozen very old domestic and international orders that were never delivered and/or missing. I will be personally fulfilling each of these. All customers with old outstanding orders will be contacted by me on or before Monday the 24th with order and reshipment status. All customers with outstanding orders will also be updated with my new contact information and e-mail address by Monday. info@b-p-p.com will remain a valid e-mail address until Monday the 24th after which an autoresponse with new e-mail contact information will go active.

My Journey with the creation and operation of Bishop Power Products has been an interesting one. Starting from the ground up of selling one of the very first li-poly cells to hit the market (remember the original kokam 1020's?) to the expansion into motors, controllers, kits, cars, and helis in the following years. Over the years we shipped many thousands of packages and made many friends. However I knew the business could have always been run much better and I my departure from it was an inevitable outcome accelerated by personal problems that began to impact my performance this year. Judging by how the new owners run and operate several of their other businesses, I know the customer service and shipping levels will now be elevated far beyond the industry average and expand BPP beyond what I was capable of. They pride themselves on same day shipments of orders and their excellent customer service so it is comforting to know all future customers are in good hands.

nao sei se em compras em lojas é assim, mais tive um problema parecido no ebay e deixei o tempo passando, depois de 45 dias tentei abrir o dispute, porem o paypal nao aceitava mais, entao fica a dica, nao esperem muito, pois a tal dispute é uma das poucas coisas que pode ajudar vcs....
